Refund policy

At EmberThrone™, we take great pride in creating distinctive fantasy resin sculptures of exceptional quality. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Because every EmberThrone™ sculpture is individually created, slight variations in color, resin flow, transparency, natural wood grain and fine handcrafted details may occur. These natural variations make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

To request a return, contact us first at wutsaom110@outlook.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If your sculpture arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or altered products
• Products damaged through misuse or improper care
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale products
• Returns submitted without prior approval

European Union Cooling-Off Period

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The product must remain unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive another design is to return the original eligible product and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Return Shipping

If a return is caused by a damaged, defective or incorrect product, EmberThrone™ will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
