Shipping policy
At EmberThrone™, every fantasy resin sculpture is individually created and prepared to order. We never mass-produce our creations, allowing us to deliver a distinctive piece made especially for you.
Production Time
Each EmberThrone™ sculpture passes through several careful stages of creation, assembly, curing, finishing and quality inspection.
Production typically takes 5–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the selected design and current workshop demand. Because each piece requires careful preparation, production times may occasionally vary.
Worldwide Shipping
Once your order has been completed and inspected, it will be securely packaged and dispatched with free worldwide shipping.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
These estimates do not include production time, customs inspections or delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow several business days for the carrier to update the tracking information.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by local authorities. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, contact us. Our support team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. EmberThrone™ cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate address supplied during checkout.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.
